Fleet.
Your vans, box trucks and tractors, run from the same system as your orders.
A distributor's own trucks are part of every delivery, every promise to a customer and every dollar of freight. VIZN puts them on the same map and the same orders, with their own cost per mile.
Every stop, against the plan.
- Routes with numbered stops, time windows and an ETA for each stop still to come
- Planned path dashed, actual path solid
- Each delivery is the sales order's shipment, so the account and the order see it too
- When a route falls behind, VIZN proposes moving stops to the nearest driver with slack; they move only after an admin approves
On the road.
Driver's day. Driving, stops, idle, breaks and offline time on one 24-hour strip, with hours of service remaining.
Seven things that go wrong on a route. VIZN watches for all of them.
Each one is a written rule with its own threshold, tested on every change. When one trips, VIZN shows the records it read and, where the rule has a next step, drafts it for a person to approve.
Late to a stop window
An ETA more than five minutes past the window, judged for windows closing in the next two hours or already closed. Drafts the ETA note to the customer.

Missing proof of delivery
A delivery completed with no signature or photo is followed up for a day. Drafts the request to the driver.

Off route
Four hundred metres off the planned path for five minutes, away from stops and the depot.

Extended idle
Engine on or standing still for fifteen minutes away from any stop. Breaks and time at a stop do not count.

Tracker alert
No position for ten minutes on an active route, with the likely cause, and a warning when a phone drops to 15%.
Route behind plan
Two or more windows about to be missed, or a route ending 45 minutes late. When another route has slack, proposes moving stops to it.

Hours of service
A driver projected to pass 11 hours driving or 14 hours on duty before the route ends. Proposes reassigning stops or a relief driver.

Every vehicle, what it costs and what remains to pay.
- One register: unit, status, ownership, payments, monthly, Remaining, odometer, cost per mile and next due
- Owned, Financed or Leased, closed-end or open-end (TRAC)
- Remaining on every agreement, with its statement date
- A profile for each vehicle: costs, maintenance, inspections, fuel, finance and assignments
What is due, before it is overdue.
- Overdue, this week, next 30 days and decisions on one board
- Due dates projected from each vehicle's own daily miles
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections from the driver's phone
- Defect reported, out of service, work order, repair certified, back in service
The full cost of every truck, per mile.
Ownership, fuel, maintenance and repairs, tires, insurance, registration and permits, from a cost ledger you can open line by line. Vehicle only by default, driver pay one switch away.
Lifecycle
Every vehicle by age and cost per mile, with a replacement window from the model and a plan by year: retain, replace, redeploy or retire.

Fuel checks
Each fuel-card purchase checked against where the vehicle was, its tank size and the odometer typed at the pump. Fills it cannot check say so.

Agreements
Loans and leases as cards, with payments left and the next twelve months of payments.

Utilisation
Days used, days not used and days in the shop, vehicle by vehicle.

Driver scorecard
Off route, idle, hours of service and missing proof of delivery per 100 stops, ranked within each route type.

One map
Your own vehicles show on the same map as carrier shipments, and an order carried by your truck shows as that truck.
A person approves
Reassigning stops, messaging a driver or flagging a fuel card are drafted by VIZN and wait for the right person to approve.
Phone first
A van needs nothing but the driver's phone. In-cab GPS units add engine hours and idle.
