You decide.
VIZN finds things and proposes fixes. People approve anything that moves money, changes a price or reaches a customer. Every number and every decision traces back to its records.
Every number opens its source.
Click a figure and see the orders, invoices and carrier bills behind it. Estimates are marked as estimates, and booked rates are marked until the carrier invoice arrives.
Every finding says why.
Each finding names the rule that fired, the records it used and the dollars at stake. The Decisions log keeps all of it.
Written rules, not a chatbot.
VIZN's agent follows written rules. They are tested against a library of scenarios on every change.
What runs on its own, and what waits for a person.
The defaults today.
| Action | Runs on its own | Needs a yes |
|---|---|---|
| Flag a leak, a late shipment or a stockout risk | Yes | |
| Routine payment reminders before the due date | Yes | |
| Hold an invoice match for review (reversible) | Yes | |
| Change a price or freight terms | Yes | |
| Send a payment, a formal notice or a credit hold | Yes | |
| Write back to the ERP | Yes |
The right person signs off.
Each proposal names its approver before it is sent. A change to freight terms, for example, goes to an admin or to the finance owner of the account. Nothing changes until they approve, and an approved change can be undone.
