Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information VIZN Labs, LLC ("VIZN", "we", "us") collects through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover data our customers put into the VIZN product. That data is handled under each customer's written agreement with us, and we process it only on the customer's instructions.
What we collect
When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information with each request: your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the request. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies of our own.
When you contact us. The demo form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, and you choose whether to send it. If you do, or if you email us directly, we receive what you include: usually your name, work email, company, role, the systems you run and your message.
How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange demos and pilots, and follow up on a conversation you started.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
- To keep ordinary business records and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle information for us under their own terms and privacy commitments:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects it from attacks and forwards email sent to our @vizns.com addresses. It may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people from bots.
- Google serves the site's fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers, and provides the mailbox where forwarded email arrives.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and demo requests for as long as we need them for the conversation and for our business records, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for the periods it sets.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including in California under the CCPA, you may have further rights, such as to know how we use your information and not to be treated differently for exercising your rights. Email us at hello@vizns.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and we limit who can see the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
