Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. VIZN sits on top of it and reads from it. Your ERP stays the system of record, and VIZN writes back only what an admin switches on.
Which ERPs do you work with?
VIZN is built to sit on top of the ERP you already run. Each ERP connects through its own adapter into one common model. Tell us which one you run, and we will confirm the connection with you before a pilot starts.
What do we need for margin after freight?
Your ERP plus your freight costs: carrier invoices or freight data. With the ERP alone you get invoice-based margin.
Is the agent generative AI?
No. VIZN's agent follows written rules that we test on every change. Each finding says which rule fired and which records it used.
Can VIZN change prices or contact customers on its own?
No. Prices, freight terms, payments, formal notices and anything that reaches a customer need a person's approval.
What happens to our data after a pilot?
You decide. If you go on to a subscription, it carries over. If not, we delete your data and tell you in writing when it is done. The details are set out in the pilot agreement.
